Request samples, where possible. If like me you like to feel and touch to fully appreciate your design and you usually sway between a couple of designs then why not send for them. You don't want to be left wondering! A sample pack* of three will be £5.00, and will be credited against any future order.
If you would like to go ahead, I will be pleased to provide a tailored quotation. From here, you will need to confirm your acceptance in writing and send a non-refundable 50% deposit. Cheques or electronic payments are acceptable.
The price includes the initial emailed design proof plus another two amendments and production. Delivery is charged at an additional fee, dependant on weight. Additional emailed proofs will be charged at £10.00 per set.
Completion dates can be confirmed once the order has been placed and your deposit received. The outstanding balance will be due prior to the dispatch of the finished products. Timescales will not exceed six weeks**.
Once you have signed off the final proof, you will bear full responsibility for the design (s). If errors have been approved, The Happily Ever After Project cannot be held liable for any reprinting or delivery costs.
'Wedding day' items such as place names and menu cards must be confirmed at least eight weeks before your actual wedding, but you are advised to order all your items at the same time.
